Qualifications

• First-chair experience in contested regulatory proceedings.
• Experience before Maryland PSC; FERC or other state utility commissions valued.
• 6+ years in energy, environment, and public utility law.
• Maryland bar admission or eligibility to waive into Maryland bar.

Responsibilities

• Lead on regulatory work, including CPCN permitting for energy projects.
• Represent clients in major rate cases before the Maryland PSC.
• Handle regulatory and policy matters, including rulemakings and legislative initiatives.
• Collaborate with a growing, multidisciplinary team.
