Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced attorney to join its Baltimore energy practice, offering a first-chair opportunity before Maryland's Public Service Commission. The role focuses on regulatory leadership for energy projects, rate cases, and policy initiatives with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in energy/environment/public utility law, Maryland bar eligibility, and a proven track record appearing before the PSC.

Qualifications

  • First-chair experience in contested regulatory, administrative, or judicial proceedings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maryland barred or eligible to waive into the Maryland bar.
  • Significant experience in energy, environment, and public utility law, ideally 6+ years.
  • Experience appearing before the Maryland Public Service Commission; FERC or other state utility commissions experience valued.
