Job summary

EverStaff, LLC is seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver firmwide training initiatives that align with strategic goals and support attorneys and staff across multiple locations.

You will lead needs assessments, create materials and e-learning modules, manage the LMS and training databases, and measure program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Strong facilitation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering structured training programs.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems and training technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement firmwide training and professional development programs.
• Assess organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with leadership.
• Create and implement a comprehensive training program for Legal Administrative Assistants.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate engaging training sessions using adult-learning principles.
• Develop training materials including manuals, guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Evaluate external training resources and recommend effective solutions.
• Enhance and manage the firm’s New Hire Orientation program.
• Oversee the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS) and training databases.
• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, enrollment tracking, cost monitoring, and reporting.
• Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
