Job summary

Referment is seeking an associate to support the office of its senior technology leadership. This role offers a broad view across a large technology organisation and helps leadership focus on strategic priorities.

It combines strategic project coordination, analytical research, and executive reporting, connecting technical activity with leadership decisions. You will partner with a chief-of-staff function and stakeholders across the organisation, helping ensure progress, decisions, and risk

Qualifications

3+ years in technology strategy or cross-functional roles.
Proven ability to prioritise effectively and drive complex work to completion.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Confident stakeholder management and ability to work with technical leaders.
Sound judgment when handling sensitive business information.

Responsibilities

Move high-priority technology initiatives forward, tracking progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks.
Research technology questions, analyse data, distil findings for leadership discussions.
Coordinate strategic work sponsored by the chief-of-staff, bringing structure to multi-team projects.
Build a clear view of technology activity across the organisation for senior leaders.
Prepare concise reporting and briefing materials summarising technical subjects for stakeholders.
Collaborate with a varied stakeholder group to ensure actions align with priorities.
