Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with APIs and scripting basics.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for business needs.
• Experience with basic control cabling and network configuration.
• Leadership experience and initiative are preferred.
• Less than two years of related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate into New Product Development, Sustaining/VAVE during the two-year program.
• Collaborate on multiple rotations to learn business processes and initiatives.
• Engage in onboarding, mentorship, and leadership report-out meetings.
• Contribute to program activities, events, and personal growth.
• Assist in product management, project management, tech support, labs, and certifications as rotations allow.
