Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Problem solving and time-management skills required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Intermediate proficiency with AI tools required.
• Exposure to electronic component selection, circuit analysis, and SPICE simulation.
• Exposure to Altium Designer or other CAD tools.
• Exposure to developing products for the lighting and/or LED industry.
• Exposure to firmware development or embedded systems programming.
• Availability to travel up to 20% is required.
• Leadership experience influencing change is highly preferred.
• Team-oriented with initiative is highly preferred.
• Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across functions: New Product Development, Sustaining/VAVE.
• Participate in personal growth activities to enhance business acumen and learnings.
• Take an active role in development while building business, professional, and technical skills.
• Contribute to various rotations and learnings within the BUILD program.
• Engage in projects aligned with current business needs across multiple areas such as optics, product support, and project management.
