Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of administration leadership experience in professional services or accounting firm operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the firm including financial activity, office communications and workflows.
• Lead efficiency reviews of administrative, tax, and audit workflows; engage outside consultants as needed.
• Coordinate IT security, data backups and software implementations; liaise with IT staff.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology partners.
• Support meetings of the Executive Committee and partner governance with materials and follow-ups.
• Foster firm-wide collaboration across five offices and standardize processes where beneficial.
