Full-time
We’re a thirteen‑person architecture firm doing residential and commercial work, about five million in annual revenue, and we’re looking for a hands‑on operations coordinator to keep our studio running smoothly. This isn’t a traditional accounting role. It’s someone who will be the glue between our project teams, clients, consultants, and financial systems. You’ll receive and request all employee timesheets, use Monograph to manage projects, track percent completes, handle billing, and understand man‑hours against project contracts. You’ll create and manage contracts, generate invoices, follow up on accounts receivable, and coordinate with consultants. You’ll work directly with project architects and the team to review budgetary targets, hourly targets, invoicing, and milestone targets. You’ll also handle HR onboarding for new staff. We’re looking for someone who knows Monograph and QuickBooks inside and out, ideally with experience in architecture, construction, or engineering. This person will be a true studio leader, organized, proactive, and comfortable being the go‑to person for keeping projects and finances on track. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
