Job summary

Meshberg Group in Miami Beach, FL, seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead interior architecture projects from concept through construction administration and closeout. You will partner with the principal and design team, mentor junior staff, and maintain project momentum with clarity, consistency, and calm.

You'll manage schedules and budgets in Monograph, uphold design intent, coordinate with clients and consultants, and advance BIM workflows using Revit.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in interior architecture or interior design.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects from start to finish.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience with Monograph.
• Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, documentation, and project execution.
• Experience with multifamily, hospitality, workplace, and/or residential projects.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and bring forward solutions.
• Collaborative, accountable, and able to lead without unnecessary drama.

We’re seeking a seasoned, proactive Senior Project Manager to lead projects from concept through construction administration and closeout.
