Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in network security operations focusing on firewall management.
• Hands-on experience with firewall products is required.
• Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and optimize firewall solutions.
• Monitor network traffic and security events for threats.
• Analyze security incidents and perform root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Collaborate with incident response teams to investigate and respond to incidents.
• Develop firewall policies and keep documentation up to date.
• Support security audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and security technologies.
• Contribute to security awareness training and mentor junior analysts.
