Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related experience; Master’s degree with 0 years’ experience.
• Relevant experience in network engineering, network security, or firewall operations.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama management.
• Experience with Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC) and VPN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational support of global network security infrastructure including Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, and VPN technologies.
• Implement firewall and network security policy changes per change-management processes.
• Troubleshoot firewall policies, VPN issues, and network connectivity using logs and packet captures.
• Provide technical support for escalated network security incidents and problems.
