Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, policy creation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC) and Panorama for centralized management.
• Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge and VPN technologies.
• Experience in ITIL/change-management environments and enterprise settings.
• Ability to analyze firewall logs and traffic to identify root causes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational support of global network security infrastructure (firewalls, IPS/IDS, Zscaler).
• Implement firewall and policy changes per change-management procedures.
• Create/modify/remove firewall policies, NAT, objects, and services.
• Troubleshoot firewall, VPN, and Zscaler connectivity issues using logs and captures.
• Provide technical support for escalated network security incidents.
• Monitor and proactively identify configuration and security issues.
• Collaborate with network engineering, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and new tech deployments.
• Maintain documentation and configuration records.
