Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of related experience; Master’s degree with 0 years acceptable.
• Experience in network engineering, network security, or firewall operations.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and centralized management.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day global network security infrastructure including Palo Alto firewalls and Zscaler.
• Implement and troubleshoot firewall and network security policies.
• Analyze firewall logs and network data to identify root causes and actionable fixes.
• Collaborate with network, security, and cloud teams on cross-functional issues.
• Maintain documentation and participate in after-hours support when required.
