Firehouse Subs - Famous Amos Subs, LLC in Georgia is seeking a General Manager to lead every aspect of the restaurant, from building and coaching an outstanding team to delivering exceptional guest experiences daily.

You'll drive sales through community involvement, ownership mindset, and continuous development of people, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and profitability. This is a long-term leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven ability to coach, develop talent and drive guest satisfaction.
• Strong operational focus including cost control and profitability.
• Comfort with community engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Understanding of restaurant financials and P&L basics.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and high standards.
