Job summary

LION TotalCare, Inc. in Bronx, NY, is seeking a TotalCare Center Manager to run daily operations and lead the sales team for PPE cleaning and maintenance. The role focuses on quality service, NFPA compliance, and customer satisfaction.

You will hire and train staff, manage finances and scheduling, and ensure equipment and systems stay operational. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:00 am–3:30 pm with overtime as needed; annual compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; industry experience acceptable.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and sales for the TotalCare facility.
• Ensure NFPA compliance and safety standards.
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and staff management.
