Job summary

LION TotalCare, Inc. is seeking a TotalCare Quality Auditor in Bronx, NY. You will inspect firefighter protective garments for cleanliness, damage, and safety, input repair data, and coordinate testing where needed.

The role supports protecting firefighters and ensuring timely, high-quality service. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with potential overtime. Starting pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, with company benefits including vision care, life and disability

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend English language instructions.
• Experience logging information into a database or using computer systems.
• Ability to work well in a multi-functional team.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Inspect garments for cleanliness, damage and safety and determine required work to meet protection standards.
• Input repair information into the system.
• Coordinate hydrostatic testing and testing on other components if needed.
• Meet delivery deadlines and maintain high quality standards.
