The role involves recommending products, assisting with loan applications, processing accounts, and handling transactions while upholding the credit union's values and commitment to the firefighter community. This is a full-time on-site position at our Memphis branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a personal banker at a credit union or bank setting.
• Experience with consumer loan applications and processing.
• Experience with account opening and teller transactions.

Responsibilities

• Recommend financial products and services to meet members' needs.
• Assist members with consumer loan applications and processing.
• Process and manage member accounts and related transactions (deposits, IRAs, sub-accounts).
• Handle cash transactions, maintain cash drawers, and vault balances.
• Contribute to a collaborative work environment and teamwork.
