Firefighters First Federal Credit Union is hiring for a Financial Service Consultant II (Personal Banker) at our Bedford, TX branch. The role focuses on establishing new member relationships and delivering a full-service banking experience to members and their families within the firefighter community.

The position requires at least 2 years as a personal banker, experience with consumer loans, account openings and teller transactions, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a personal banker at a credit union or bank
• Experience with consumer loan application and processing
• Experience with account opening and teller transactions
• Bondable status throughout employment per regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Recommend financial products and services to meet members' needs
• Assist members with completing consumer loan applications
• Process and manage member accounts and related transactions
• Process cash transactions and manage cash drawers
