Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations.
• Able to pass a criminal and ATF background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate firearms presented as collateral and manage the firearms department.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, inventory controls, and evaluation of firearms and accessories.
• Ensure compliance with ATF guidelines and 4473 processes and maintain FFL status.
