Bass Pro Shops seeks a Team Lead to oversee the used firearms division, driving a fair-trade culture and meeting monthly sales goals through smart buying, selling, and trading of pre-owned firearms.

The role requires deep knowledge of firearm values, strong negotiation, and strict adherence to federal and state regulations, while training Outfitters and coordinating with the regional merchandising team.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in firearms retail.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Knowledge of firearms values and market.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate used firearms and appraise fair market value.
• Initiate 4473 forms and conduct final checks.
• Maintain inventory and source new acquisitions.
• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor.
• Train Outfitters on buying and disposing of used firearms.
• Comply with ATF regulations.
