Bass Pro Outdoor World is seeking a Team Lead to oversee the used firearms department, including buying, selling and customer service. You will initiate 4473 forms with customers and perform final checks on all required state and federal forms before transfer.

You will drive a fair-trade, high-margin selling culture, train Outfitters, manage inventory and liaise with regional managers to maximize monthly sales and profits from pre-owned firearms.

Formación

• Minimum 2-4 years experience in firearms retail or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fair market values and inventory management.
• Ability to appraise used firearms and negotiate effectively.
• Familiarity with 4473 processes and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of the used firearms business including buying, selling and service.
• Initiate 4473 forms with customers and perform final compliance checks.
• Maintain inventory and source new gun collections through various channels.
• Ensure compliance with Local, State, and Federal firearms regulations.
• Conduct monthly ATF compliance audits and audits as required.
• Train Outfitters on acquiring, disposing, and market trends for used firearms.
