Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Destin, FL is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter - Firearms with experience in retail to provide counter sales and exceptional customer service at the firearms counter. You will greet customers, advise on firearm and ammunition choices, and assist with store programs and pickup options.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, completing Form 4473 accurately, and keeping the gun counter area clean, stocked, and well organized while following all policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Maintain counter sales and customer service for Firearms
• Greet and assist customers with buying decisions
• Organize and maintain merchandise at the gun counter
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately
• Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales; maintain pricing and signing
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned
