Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years retail experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service at the gun counter and firearms training.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Promote store programs including CLUB membership and in-store pickup.
• Ensure firearms compliance with 4473 forms.
• Maintain firearm and merchandise displays and keep shelves stocked.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
