You will greet customers, assess needs, make recommendations, and help with store displays while ensuring compliance with firearm handling standards.

This part-time role requires 0–2 years retail experience, a high school diploma, and 21+ age. You will keep firearms knowledge current, follow ATF/GCA rules, process 4473 forms, and promote

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years retail experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with buying decisions.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and IN Store Pick up.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Demonstrate products to customers when needed.
• Organize and maintain merchandise at the gun counter.
