Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Atlantic City is hiring a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms and related hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, explain options, and assist in buying decisions while upholding safety policies.

Responsibilities include completing 4473 forms, staying knowledgeable on products and promotions, stocking and merchandising at the gun counter, and delivering a high-quality shopping experience; part-time role with benefits

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
0-2 years of experience in Retail.
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
Identifies and evaluates customers’ needs, makes product recommendations, and promotes programs.
Ensures 4473 Forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
Maintains merchandise at the gun counter and replenishes stock as required.
Stays current on product knowledge and advertising promotions.
Assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
