Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms, along with floor and counter sales of hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, identify needs, recommend products, promote CLUB membership, and ensure compliance with ATF regulations.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and benefits including discounts and paid holidays. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition products.
• Familiarity with ATF federal and state regulations.
• Experience in customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition.
• Understanding of GCA regulations.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in buying decisions at the gun counter and floor.
• Demonstrate firearms products to customers as needed.
• Maintain and organize merchandise at the gun counter and on store floor.
• Replenish shelves according to merchandising guidelines.
• Keep work area clean, stocked, and safe; follow all policies.
• Support other duties as assigned.
