Bass Pro Shops in Grand Junction, CO, is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter for Firearms to provide exceptional customer service at the gun counter and assist shoppers with product recommendations and purchases. The role includes maintaining firearm displays, processing 4473 forms, and supporting club programs, in-store pickup, and seasonal merchandising.

The position emphasizes firearm expertise, compliance with ATF regulations, and strong sales skills within a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
• ATF federal and state regulations.
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition.
• GCA (Gun Control Act) knowledge.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers and promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup.
• Maintain gun counter and organize merchandise per guidelines.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Keep work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
