Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition products.
• Familiarity with ATF Federal and State regulations.
• Customer service and firearms sales experience.
• GCA knowledge helpful for firearms sales.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the firearms counter with buying decisions and product recommendations.
• Identify customer needs and promote store programs and services.
• Ensure firearms-related compliance forms (4473) are completed accurately.
• Maintain organized, clean shelves and well-stocked displays.
• Provide accurate pricing, signage, and knowledge during sales.
