Qualifications

• Understanding of customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly manner and assist with buying decisions.
• Maintain counter sales for firearms and floor sales for hunting merchandise.
• Identify customer needs, make product recommendations, and promote programs.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately and maintain stock in the firearms area.
• Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and maintain pricing/signage.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked; follow all company policies.
