Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with firearms and ammunition
• Familiarity with ATF regulations and compliance
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition
• Understanding of Gun Control Act (GCA) and related policies
• Ability to merchandise and stock inventory

Responsibilities

• Maintain Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms and Floor Sales for hunting merchandise
• Greet customers and identify needs to make product recommendations
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately
• Demonstrate products to customers when needed
• Keep the gun counter area organized, priced, and well stocked
