Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter for Firearms at our Allen, TX location. The role involves maintaining counter sales and customer service for firearms, plus floor sales of hunting merchandise.

You will greet customers, explain products, and ensure accurate 4473 forms are completed. Responsibilities include organizing merchandise, staying current on promotions and pricing, and assisting with seasonal floor moves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition products.
• Familiarity with ATF regulations and Gun Control Act (GCA).

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Promote CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup.
• Ensure 4473 forms completed accurately.
• Maintain firearms and merchandise at counter and floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and a safe shopping environment.
