Bass Pro Shops in Round Rock, TX is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter for Firearms to provide exceptional customer service at the gun counter. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide purchases while upholding federal regulations and safety standards.

Strong product knowledge and calm, helpful interactions are essential. You will help keep firearms and related merchandise organized, restocked, and accurately labeled, while promoting Club memberships and in-store pickup options as part

Formación

• Firearms and ammunition product knowledge required.
• Knowledge of ATF regulations (federal and state).
• Experience in customer service and firearms sales.
• Familiarity with GCA requirements.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a friendly, prompt approach and assist with buying decisions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pickup.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately and thoroughly.
• Demonstrate products to customers when requested and maintain product knowledge.
