Bass Pro Shops in Concord, NC is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to join our team. You will maintain Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms, assist with floor merchandise, greet customers, and help shoppers find the right gear.

You will also stay current on firearm products, safety regulations, and store promotions to deliver a legendary shopping experience. This full-time role requires 0-2 years retail experience, a high school diploma, and being 21 or older.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, prompt approach and deliver a legendary shopping experience.
• Maintain counter sales for firearms and assist floor sales of hunting merchandise.
• Identify customer needs, recommend products, and demonstrate firearms when appropriate.
• Stay knowledgeable on products, promotions, and safety regulations; follow store policies.
