Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to assist customers at the firearms counter and provide knowledgeable product guidance. You will greet customers, assess needs, and help them make informed purchases while ensuring compliance with firearms regulations.

The role includes maintaining counter presentation, restocking merchandise, and staying current on store promotions; 21+ age and prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with firearms and ammunition.
• Familiarity with ATF regulations and Guns Control Act.
• Customer service and sales experience, including upselling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Explain firearms safety and features; process 4473 forms thoroughly.
• Maintain firearm counter and merchandise area; restock as needed.
