Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms in Port Saint Lucie, FL to help manage counter sales and customer service for firearms and related hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and ensure compliant handling of firearms and 4473 forms.

The role requires 0–2 years in retail, 21+ years old, and strong knowledge of firearms and ATF regulations. A positive, service‑oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Demonstrate firearms products to customers as needed.
• Organize and maintain merchandise at the gun counter.
• Replenish products on shelves according to merchandising guidelines.
• Remain knowledgeable about advertised sales and pricing/signing.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked work area and follow policies.
