Job summary

Rural King is hiring a Firearms Sales Associate to deliver knowledgeable customer service and assist with firearms, ammunition, and related products. You will handle sales transactions, stay compliant with laws, and participate in merchandising and store support.

Ideal candidates have firearms knowledge, strong communication and active listening skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and development, along with competitive compensation, are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience is required or preferred.
• Knowledge of firearms products and safety practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide knowledgeable product information and recommendations.

• Support promotions, upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty programs.
