Bass Pro Shops in Richfield, WI is hiring a Firearms Sales Associate for full-time work at our Gun Counter. You will provide counter sales and customer service for firearms and related hunting merchandise, greet customers, and help them make informed buying decisions.

Responsibilities include staying current on firearms and ammunition knowledge, complying with 4473 forms, stocking and merchandising, and delivering a legendary customer experience while following company policies and safety

Qualificações

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition
• Knowledge of ATF Federal and State regulations
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt and friendly manner at the gun counter
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations
• Ensure compliance with 4473 forms and store policies; maintain merchandising and stocking
