Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in retail management with firearms handling, plus strong leadership and training skills; you will open/close the store, coordinate with Gun Vault team, and drive sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in Retail Management including firearms safe handling and accurate ID/classification of firearms and ammo.

Responsibilities

• Supervise firearms department and ensure compliance with ATF/state/federal laws and company policies.
• Lead merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and sales initiatives to meet financial plans.
• Open/Close store, manage keys and alarm codes, and maintain safety and customer service standards.
• Staff staffing, coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, and career development of firearms team.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist buyers with product recommendations, and promote programs.
