You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and stay current on ATF regulations and basic gun safety while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

Starting pay rate: $18.00–$20.75 per hour. This part-time role includes available benefits and opportunities to grow within our outdoor leisure brand.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
• Understanding ATF federal/state regulations.
• Customer service and firearms sales knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with buying decisions and product recommendations.
• Maintain firearms counter and customer service standards.
• Ensure pricing, signage and promotional programs are accurate.
• Keep work area stocked, neat and clean.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
