Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ATF Form 4473 (paper form).
• Familiarity with Orchid eBound Kiosk.
• Understanding of FBI NICS process.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high customer volume.
• Cash handling and basic register experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchasing selections including firearms, ammo, gear, and related items.
• Greet customers promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain the store appearance and restock as needed.
• Complete 4473 and related documents with accuracy.
• Close sales to meet store goals and report to the manager.
