Job summary

Farm & Home Supply Gun Counter Coordinator in Hannibal, MO is seeking a customer-focused individual to excel in firearm sales while adhering to Company and ATF regulations.

You will assist customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure safe handling and transfers. Must be 21+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and available for evenings/weekends/holidays. Teamwork and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Illinois residents must carry a valid FOID card.
• Missouri/Iowa residents must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and inform them of product knowledge and special orders.
• Follow ATF regulations and complete 4473 forms.
• Operate cash registers and assist with customer carryout.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Follow store merchandising guidelines and advertising.
• Attend store and job-related meetings.
• Communicate with customers, management and staff.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Weightlift up to 50 lbs.
