Job summary

Palmetto State Armory is seeking a firearms counter sales associate to assist customers with purchases and ensure a seamless shopping experience. You will greet customers, resolve issues, and maintain knowledge of products including firearms and related gear.

The role requires completing 4473 forms accurately, understanding NICS checks, and handling cash while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous gun counter sales or customer service experience with e4473.
• Working knowledge of ATF Form 4473 (paper form).
• Working knowledge of FBI NICS process.
• Ability to handle high customer volume and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in initiating their purchases and provide high level customer service.
• Greet customers promptly and resolve issues to ensure a positive buying experience.
• Complete Federal Firearms Transfer Records (4473) with accuracy.
• Maintain product knowledge to advise customers effectively and close sales.
