Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of Retail experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Maintain Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms and related merchandise.
• Identify customer needs, make product recommendations, and promote programs (CLUB, VOC, In-Store Pick up).
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately and maintain product knowledge.
