• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Project Management experience; PMP or IT Project+ certification desirable.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., NICET, Edwards) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities.
• Maintains up-to-date job plans and specifications, collaborating with engineering teams during design and drafting phases.
• Coordinates procurement and ensures timely delivery of all materials, supplies, and services.
• Prepares, manages, and executes detailed project installation plans, regularly updating customers on progress and addressing changes to scope, schedule, or deliverables.
• Implements changes to project scope with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and customer buy-in.
• Maintains construction schedules, coordinates with other trades, and monitors subcontractor performance for quality and client standards.
• Keeps all project stakeholders informed of status, issues, and resolutions through regular updates and documented communications.
• Maintains comprehensive digital records for all aspects of the project.
