Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PM experience; PMP or IT Project+ certification desirable.
• Technical certifications (e.g., NICET, Edwards) preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in engineering and installation of low voltage or related systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong organizational, subcontracting, and financial management skills.
• Experience with IT-related equipment and systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans for engineering, installation and subcontracting activities.
• Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials, supplies and services.
• Maintain construction schedules and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Oversee project closeout, as-builts, warranties and handover to service teams.
