Job summary

PURVIS Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Fire Station Alerting System (FSAS) team. You will handle day-to-day coordination, documentation, and follow-up for assigned work, engaging with engineering, QA, production, and customers to keep projects on track.

You will maintain schedules in Monday.com and SharePoint, prepare agendas and notes, track deliverables, and escalate issues as needed, ensuring accurate records and smooth field installations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating administrative tasks for technical projects.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Comfort with coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Ability to identify risks or blockers early and escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules, milestones, action owners, and deliverables in Monday.com and SharePoint.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and status updates; organize quotes and BOMs.
• Coordinate site access, deliveries, and field logistics for installations.
• Track vendor deliveries and change requests; flag discrepancies for PM review.
• Arrange customer meetings, site visits, testing, and training; document decisions.
• Collect training records, test results, and acceptance documents; closeout.
