Sciens Building Solutions seeks an Associate Project Manager to oversee fire and life safety system projects in Jacksonville, FL. You will coordinate with sales, installation, and clients to ensure sound design, seamless installation, and professional commissioning of projects.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer interface, and excellent verbal and written communication. NICET certification is preferred and knowledge of OSHA safety standards is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience in construction.
• Working knowledge of applicable code requirements.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and interpret system designs on blueprints and project specs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of all project phases, coordinating workers, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain open communication with customers, contractors, and partners to ensure completion.
• Review drawings for conformance with regulations and standards.
• Update manpower planning tool for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with finance to review billings and margins.
• Provide monthly updates to project budgets and cost-to-completes.
• Participate in pre-bid reviews and project turnovers to clarify scope.
• Ensure proper PPE and compliance with safety programs.
