Sciens Building Solutions seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead fire and life safety system projects from design through commissioning. You will coordinate field operations, work with the sales and installation teams, and supervise client interactions to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience as a project manager within the construction industry.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable code requirements.
• Ability to manage job scheduling and progress in a cost-effective manner with a focus on quality.
• Ability to read and interpret system designs on blueprints and project specifications.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• NICET certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases, coordinating workers, materials, and equipment to meet specs and stay on schedule and within budget.
• Keep projects on budget, identify overruns, and implement mitigating actions.
• Assist in estimating and ensure understanding of scope and contract requirements before start date.
• Maintain open communication with customers, contractors, and project partners to ensure completion.
