Job summary

Cintas Corporation is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Fire Service Technician - Sprinkler in Morrisville, NC. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to internal partners and customers while applying knowledge of alarm and sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities include reviewing field reports to assess repairs, preparing deficiency repair proposals, and assisting in internal training. A background in fire systems with strong communication and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Fire Systems experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with AHJs.
• Excellent phone demeanor and experience with customer service.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Conflict resolution & negotiation capabilities.
• Experience reading/creating quotes (preferred).
• NICET and other Fire Certifications (preferred).
• Accurate typing and 10-key keypad skills (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review field technicians' service reports and determine the validity and scope/cost of proposed repairs.
• Prepare customer-facing deficiency repair proposals for approval.
• Assist in technical training for internal partners and miscellaneous projects.
