Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager – Fire Protection Advanced Services to lead our customer-facing team responsible for alarm, monitoring, and sprinkler protection services. You will hire, coach, and evaluate staff while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and safe operations.

You will also drive performance against sales, profit, and payroll targets, oversee budgetary issues, and provide hands-on support to technicians and service calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Management experience is a plus and may be required for role responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Fire Protection Advanced Services team (alarm, monitoring, and sprinkler systems).
• Hire and performance-manage team members; foster safe working environment and resolve customer issues.
• Drive sales, control costs, and achieve budget goals for payroll, inventory, and profit; manage budgets.
